CRM setup

CRM setup for your sales team

We choose a CRM for your task and set it up so that managers use it every day: pipelines, fields, permissions, data migration and integrations with the website, email, telephony, 1C and the tender bot.

What we set up

Pipelines and stages

Deal stages that match how your team actually sells: separate pipelines for retail, wholesale, tenders and service.

Fields and cards

Only the fields you need: what the manager sees at once, what is required, what is calculated automatically.

Roles and permissions

Who sees other people's deals, who can delete and export the database. The head sees everything, a manager sees their own.

Data migration

Clients, deals and history from Excel or the old CRM. Migrated on a copy and checked before the switch.

Integrations

Website requests, email, telephony, messengers, 1C exchange, the tender bot: everything arrives in the CRM by itself.

Training

A guide with screens of your CRM and a walkthrough on your deals. We answer questions after launch.

Which CRM to choose

We choose by task and budget. We work with cloud CRMs and install one on your own server.

amoCRM

A cloud CRM for sales teams: pipelines, tasks, messengers and many ready-made integrations.

  • Quick start without your own server
  • Convenient for sales and messenger requests
  • Per-user pricing from the vendor

Bitrix24

A CRM together with tasks, documents and the company portal. We set it up ourselves, without a partner status.

  • CRM, tasks and documents in one place
  • Cloud or on-premise on your server
  • You pay the vendor for the subscription or licence

EspoCRM on your server

An open-source CRM we install on your server: custom entities, fields and pipelines for any task, including tenders.

  • No per-user subscription
  • Your data stays with you
  • We install, secure and back it up

Another or your current CRM

If you already have a CRM, we put it in order: pipelines, fields, permissions, integrations and reports.

  • RetailCRM, Megaplan and others with an API
  • Audit of the current setup
  • Moving between CRMs without losing history

Pricing depends on the task: number of pipelines, volume of data migration and integrations.

How it works

The CRM becomes the centre where requests, calls, emails, orders and tenders arrive by themselves. The schemes are general, we configure them for your team.

Frequently asked questions

Which CRM should we choose?

It depends on the task. amoCRM is convenient for sales and messengers, Bitrix24 combines a CRM with tasks and documents, EspoCRM on your server has no per-user subscription. We choose after reviewing your sales.

Are you a Bitrix24 partner?

No, we set up Bitrix24 ourselves, without a partner status. You pay the Bitrix24 vendor directly for the subscription or licence, and we do the setup, integrations and training.

Can the CRM run on our own server?

Yes. We install EspoCRM or on-premise Bitrix24 on your server and set up security, backups and updates. Your data stays with you.

Will you migrate data from the old CRM or Excel?

Yes. We migrate clients, deals and history on a copy, check counts and samples of content, and only then switch the team over.

Will you connect the tender bot?

Yes. New tenders will arrive in a separate pipeline as ready deals with procurement fields and a task for the submission deadline.

What if we already have a CRM but it is a mess?

We audit it: which fields and stages are redundant, where requests get lost, what is not automated. Then we put it in order without losing history.
