Website and 1C integration
Your website and 1C working as one system
We connect your website to your 1C so that products, prices and stock update on their own, and website orders go straight into your accounting. No manual re-entry and no copy-paste errors.
What we sync
Product catalog
Items, attributes, images and categories from 1C on your website.
Prices and discounts
Retail and wholesale prices, promotions. Change them in 1C and the website updates itself.
Stock
Availability by warehouse and store. Customers can see the item is in stock.
Orders
A website order appears in 1C right away, and its status and payment are sent back to the website.
Customers
Counterparties and contact details without manual entry.
Custom scenarios
Exchange between databases, reports, exports to marketplaces and other systems.
How we connect it
Review your setup
We look at your 1C configuration, your website and which data needs to flow in each direction.
Exchange design
We choose the method: standard CommerceML exchange, OData or REST, with a custom handler if needed.
Setup and testing
We configure everything on a copy of your database, reconcile the data and test edge cases.
Launch
We switch on the exchange on a schedule or in real time.
Monitoring
An exchange log and error alerts, so no failure goes unnoticed.
Configurations we work with
Integration work is billed by the hour: 2,500 RUB/hour, or 2,250 RUB/hour from 10 hours. We estimate the number of hours upfront.

Frequently asked questions
Which websites does the integration work with?
WordPress and WooCommerce, 1C-Bitrix, and custom-built websites via API.
Do I need to change my 1C?
In most cases the standard exchange mechanism is enough. If customization is needed, we agree on it upfront.
How often is the data updated?
On a schedule, for example every 15 minutes, or instantly when something changes. We choose based on your needs and load.
What happens if the exchange breaks?
The exchange keeps a log and sends an error alert. We see the problem and fix it.
